Oh, you simply don't have the KWIN_DRM_DEVICES env var set globally, do you?

Since there's nothing in the log, I'd say KWin seems to use Vulkan correctly.
My test setups with different GPU generations works, so it seems safe to say
this is a driver bug.
If we can't figure out some better workaround until next week, I'll just
disable Vulkan copies on AMD by default for 6.7.2.

Can either of you try the RADV_DEBUG=nodcc environment variable and see if that
helps?
RADV_QUEUE_DISABLE=transfer could be worth a shot, too.
