In the other side 

 cat ~/.config/environment.d/kwin_gpu.conf

KWIN_DRM_DEVICES="/dev/dri/by-path/pci-0000\:03\:00.0-card:/dev/dri/by-path/pci-0000\:06\:00.0-card"
RADV_QUEUE_DISABLE=transfer

This did not do anything, same black screen on the igpu side
