So here you go: DESCRIPTION Since upgrading to plasma 6.8, I see very regular freezes of the screen content, especially when switching apps using Alt+Tab. Looking at available logs (dmesg/journalctl), it seems related to wake-up of my dGPU (I have a hybrid system with iGPU + dGPU). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use an hybrid system with an iGPU + dGPU (seems necessary but I have no other system to compare to). 2. Start a plasma 6.8 session. 3. Interact with apps, e.g. by launching several and switching between them. OBSERVED RESULT Almost all switches results in a ~2 s freeze. They might also happen inside a given app (iirc got it while scrolling in Firefox or Pappers). EXPECTED RESULT No freeze occurs.
