There's probably just something screwy with Chrome itself, because on boot it will get stuck @60Hz on vsynctester.com but then the moment I launch Steam, it will go to 144Hz. The facts are: - Monitor refresh rate is correctly set to 144Hz. - Xrandr returns 144Hz to KDE. - First boot, Kwin refresh rate is set to 60. - Doing a kwin --replace, Kwin refresh rate is set to 75.
