Silly navigation bars why are you here
SUMMARY
If the window is small enough navigations bar appear even if nothing is hidden.
I'm not sure if this happens in any other windows, don't really use falkon.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to advanced options tab in appearence (in preferences)
2. Resize the window to a more compact size but with everything still in view
OBSERVED RESULT
Navigation bars for no reason. I'm attaching a screenshot.
