--- Comment #67 from Uwe Dippel <udip...@gmail.com> ---
Valso, While I might agree with your stand, I don't agree with attacking Nate.
He's just a helpful person. FOSS is about everyone contributing whatever
possible. Be it coding, helping users, reporting bugs or translating.
It doesn't help to attack anyone personally. And it would be wrong.

As I had written earlier (sorry for the 'spam'!), it looks more like a problem
of the structure of the project. This is just one of them. 14 years ago someone
decided (perfectly okay and in a visionary manner) to drop KDE3 in favour of
tablet and touch support, and a wide variation of resolutions.
This bug here is a 'result' of the latter. Last year, I had to find out that
there is no support for right clicks on the touch screen. ('oh, wow, true, we
don't have it')
Even more funny, in my opinion.

And, yes, I had offered to help with this project, in quality control. Then I
was asked to furnish samples for my credentials in coding. I had had project
management in mind, design, you name it. There was no interest in that; only
'coding, to rectify bugs'.
If you consider THAT quality control, no wonder where this project is
unfortunately heading. "If you don't know where you're going, any way will get
you there."
