Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply :)

You are my mentor, my sincere thanks goes to you, and I experienced Apper, it is not only a cool package management utility but more than that, and I read the Apper`s relative source code, so I am very happy to contribute to it if got a KDE developer git account, and HOWTO get one? I only have github, gitorious and launchpad acounts, perhaps you are able to pull me in :)

But QJade is focus on AppStore, just like Apple`s :) or how to say, I will develop a SNS (Social Network Service) web backend for supporting AppStore, Ranking, Staring, Comment, Share with Google+ ... sort of SNS function. Towards V1 milestone, owing to it is a limit duration project, so there is a only very simple web backend with some json format txt files :) but in V2, I will make it ASAP :)

And recently, as a member of AnthonOS open source community, Jeff Bai released KDE5 and KF LIVE ISO, I will taste it today :) KDE5 is awesome, QML in C++, if I missed something else?

Hi Daniel and KDE developers,
Hi,

Thank Daniel`s Qt5 bindings for PackageKit and he is very nice guy
replied my question
https://github.com/nemomobile-packages/PackageKit-Qt/issues/4#issuecomment-38202828

Then we followed each other on Google+ :) and I introduced QJade
https://github.com/AOSC-Dev/QJade a Qt5 frontend for PackageKit, it is
only for Linux desktop right now, but perhaps porting to other CPU
architectures... emm I only test it on ArchLinux and AnthonOS, it is
very young so it might be full of bugs :P but I will fix them ASAP.
About QJade it has nice screenshots, but I'm not sure if you are aware
I also the developer of Apper (then why I maintain packageki-qt too) which is
also getting a QML Qt5 UI.

I posted to kde-devel mailing list before
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-devel&m=139407094730405 but there is no
reply :(
Well it's sometimes a bit hard to follow this list so I probably just missed
the email.

so perhaps I need to join in the KDE developers community, then
I am able to contribute to some open source project based on Qt5, QML,
C++, please let me in, I really really really want to be a member :)
No need to ask to get in, you just need to contribute, tho to get a
git account you probably need to be known for some past contributions
tho this was how it worked when I got mine.

Thanks a lot!

Regards,
Leslie Zhai <xiang.z...@i-soft.com.cn>
