I have wondered why this is used. Is there any technical reason for it (performance, C++ conformance)? Or is it in order to try to to GPLer-than-thou? I imagine that this means that it's impossible for any KDE apps to link with any libs compiled and liked with either libCstd or stlport. A+ Paul
