Thanks for the heads-up. I ended up finding kicker's rc file and modifying it. It was actaully suprisingly easy to read! I guessed at what was what, removed all items except the K Menu and Desktop Access (When were using Crystal SVG already), and tried to start kicker again. Everything worked fine. Glaze actaully is an extremely beautiful iconset! KDE is working fine for the moment. . . at least until I find a new iconset ;-)
