No, afaik so far it's only documented in the kde-freebsd mailing list archives 
(and the KDE bugzilla).

It's a good candidate for addition to http://freebsd.kde.org/faq.php though 
(and the handbook, too, although I'm still trying to get rid of all the 
incredibly outdated and plain wrong information about kdm in the handbook 
first).
