The CVS filesystem was designed so that all Java code is stored in the
jos/library module. I know jm and _Quinn have been putting Java in JJOS
but I figure that's fine for now since the code they're writing is (at
the moment) closely tied to how JJOS works.
There are other JOS kernels being developed. Once more progress happens
in the Java layer of JOS, we should think about writing a standard set
of classes in /jos/library that is common to all kernels.
