[JOS-Kernel] bug in decaf

        I found the bug I was looking for in decaf.  While I still think
(haven't actually checked) that synchronized methods aren't actually
implemented, it turns out the checkcast (and therefore, probably
instanceof) bytecode is horribly broken.  I'll try to put the fix in
tonight.
