First, we have to submit these upstream as individual patches, so
keeping them separate from the get-go helps us here.  Second, there's
going to be at least a few patches as there's stuff we simply don't want
to push on Andrew (such as cfi_annotations.patch) as it's simply too
ugly to be accepted, or in other cases the work isn't fully finished.

FWIW, I've got my kernel.org account now and this long US weekend I'm
going to get something setup, damnit.
