The only thing I can do is select a grid size in mils that, once drawn, "more or less" lets the pads in te right place. It gets harder when using a long pin strip.
Or am I missing something? How would you draw a SIL pinout for a component with 20 pins 1mm apart? I've had to use a really fine grid and do some rounding... Hope there's a better approach! BYtE, Diego.
