[kicad-users] SIlk screen covers pad

I have noticed that many footprints in the library include silkscreen component 
outlines that cover that component pad. This seems like a problem to me. Before 
I edit all the library footprints to remove these component outline I thought I 
would check with this group of users to see if I'm missing a concept. An 
example of such a footprint is the "-1206" footprint in the "ref-packages.mod" 
library.
