If i were to identify from Core 2 Duo and other intel family processors,
just to know what good and more capable, i would definitely go to processors
number as some of the retailers post it even though they don't know what
does means.

retailer naming conventions are sometimes very confusing as they put Core 2
Duo on a non-Core 2 product sometimes or i may say mislabeled.
