there is a nice function on windows itself call processor affinity which is
design to deal with this kind of problem.
i have used this on my 600 pcs dvd decrypting and ripping and In order to
accommodate a lot in one hit i have to make sure that my core 2 quad
processors is running at all cores.

well I've finish only 569 dvds in one month since i have to work on it at
night only (part-time lang ni).
i recieve sweet 27kphp for that hahaha.
