--- Comment #4 from Félix Jutras <felix.jut...@curateur.gouv.qc.ca> --- (In reply to Katrin Fischer from comment #3) > The thesaurus linked to a field in bibliographic tells Koha that the field > is authority controlled. > > I am suggesting to change the configuration for the fields (100, 110, 111, > 700, 710, 711) you don't want to use authorities with. The label for the > setting you need to change is "Thesaurus". It contains the authority type > it's linked to. If you remove that, the fields will be just clear text like > other fields. Putting more control over usage of Authorities dosenthave realationship with thesaurus. Theres 3 levels of control the first is no control, the second is light control that will block $9 with thesaurus and the third is stric that will block all the zone with thesaurus. But without a thesaurus it will still apply a link with the authorities and create one. So i still have an authority created. And i dont want any authoirities to be created for authors. But i want the possibility of creating a authority directly for subjects and evantually pass to strict control. For taht i need to change parameters but those parameters apply on subjects and authors which I dont want. So that why i'm suggesting that there's a division, in the paramerters of authorities control, between authors and subject. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
