I have re-attached the whole series with new follow-ups for your points: * Printed notices now get a new `printed` status (also set by gather_print_notices), the from/to delivery note is no longer shown for them, and printing is logged under Notices/PRINT when NoticesLog is on. * Both interfaces use the same rule for what can be printed; the Library filter is relabelled "Patron library" and hidden when only one library's patrons can be seen. Recording the sending library stays with bug 43928. * Notices with password reset links or security codes stay listed with their status, but their content isn't shown or printable. On marking as printed when the print window opens: there is no browser API to tell the difference between printing and cancelling (`afterprint` fires either way). The only way to get what you ask for is an extra confirmation step: press Print, press Print in the browser's print dialog, then press "Yes, mark as printed". That is a real workflow change that librarians may well dislike, so it is in a separate last patch that can be dropped without affecting the rest, which keeps the original behaviour.
