Add a 'converted' status to message_queue.status, for the notice that was converted. To test: 1. Apply the patch and run the database update 2. Confirm in the database that message_queue.status accepts 'converted': UPDATE message_queue SET status = 'converted' WHERE message_id = X; 3.
