Is this the best/easiest way to accept credit card orders?
Easiest? Perhaps. Best? No. It requires users to not only establish an account with your website but also with Paypal. And Paypal wants their credit card number, bank account number, etc. It is asking your customers to give up a lot of personal info and incur some risk and fill out even more forms. I always recommend a normal payment processor.
