No, you don't need another interface.  You can have multiple networks on
a single physical subnet.  It isn't ideal, but it is possible.  I would
add a second physical interface... NICs are cheap.

A switch operates at Layer 2.  A router operates at Layer 3.  It sounds
like you want a switch.  Netgear is a decent, inexpensive manufacturer.
If this is for home use, pretty much anything should work.
