The vertical placement on the page has been fixed in Reader 8.
The generated PostScript is very different. It can be opened by
Ghostscript 8.15.4 which I have on an openSuSE 10.3 system.
It can not be opened by Ghostscript 7.07 which I have on my Fedora
Core 3 system.
Too many variables.
