Disregard some of the above. It turns out that the icon that Adobe
Reader 8 placed on the Desktop was pointing to Acroread 7. So the
placement on the page problem is still an Acroread 7 problem.
Need to do more experimenting with Reader 8. The GUI user interface
is different, and out of a small sample, the PostScript it produces is
not openable by GhostScript.
