Nothing happens if you have cable. It's just that, in 2009, OTA
(over-the-air) broadcasting will go all-digital and the old analog
antennas will quit working. In fact, there's a federal program where
people using OTA antennas will be able to get a voucher for a
digital-to-analog converter so they can continue with their existing
setup.
