Recommendations for a Cable Modem?

Well, after 6 years of solid service, my cable modem is on the blink (literally). Anyone have a recommendation for a good cable modem? I'm with Cox, if it matters. They have a list of supported modems here:

It's just a list of numbers to me, which would likely turn into a crap shoot. I don't need one with integrated switches or wireless or any of that crap; I have a whole home network already.
