What about Qmail? DJB released any and all licensing on it and
released it to the Public Domain just last year.
There is no public domain "license". It's just "public domain", as in
"here, take it." You know, like the air.
The closest thing I can think of is the WTFPL (Do What The Fuck You
Want To Public License, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTFPL).
