That is also the way I read it. I also think it's a good starting point for discussion. Carl has been creating some really nicely labeled CD and DVDs for KPLUG. Maybe we want to hand out something that is better identified with us? Some members of KPLUG have worked to produce a document http://www.kernel-panic.org/Members/pacneil/beginner/ Perhaps we can add to this a little and make it part of the package that George is suggesting. If someone has a suggestion for a better community outreach project that we can do, we welcome it. Josh Penix requested we come up with projects that the SDCS can tackle as a group. The goal is to provide some camaraderie amongst the SIGs and provide some reason d'etre for SDCS other than just being the umbrella group for the SIGs. -- Neil Schneider pacneil_at_linuxgeek_dot_net http://www.paccomp.com Key fingerprint = 67F0 E493 FCC0 0A8C 769B 8209 32D7 1DB1 8460 C47D "Work to eat, eat to live, live to bike, bike to work." -- Naomi Bloom -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
