WINE is the bleeding edge version of CrossOver. Codeweavers prettys up
the interface and install process and basically sells subscriptions.
I've been using the personal (6-months of support) version for a couple
of years so my wife can run some Windows apps.
When I get around to it (and get her some more RAM) I'll switch to using
VMware instead.
