I'm 100% for it and use one often. I have no credit cards but I do have an
Amazon wishlist.

True they're working on it, but they havent completely hit the prepaid
debit card industry (to my knowledge.) I don't want to promote the place I
used to work because I really, really hate them, but they had an
anonymous, single-use debit card. They discontinued it because of lack of
consumer demand but the government hadn't yet been successfull at shutting
it down. They will honor them as long as there are cards on store shelves
that people buy, until they are all gone (they may already be, but some
were out there as of about four months ago.)

The company was not a bank, nor was it specifically PayPal so maybe it was
the low profile, but they were getting good at stalling the government,
and I suspect that if they succeed until Novemeber...
