Interesting.  For camera batteries, and also Compact Flash cards I
make labels with a Brother P-Touch labeler.  They are pretty thin
plastic films and there is not a tight fit in the camera.  I am not
sure there is enough clearance where the Micro SD card fits into its
adapter, so I have been mentally rejecting this solution.

Maybe it is time to try, carefully.
