It isn't just a hash you need. You need a unique value that nobody else can
predict. What are you going to hash that would produce such a thing?

I have always liked the idea of setting up PAM to send a text message to
your mobile phone with a code that has to be keyed in. That way you have
to know your password and be in posession of your mobile phone.
