When I boot to Knoppix 5.1.1, I get a horizontal offset of the screen
image of about 3.5 inches on the left side. i.e. there is a 3.5'"
wide blank section on the left. The screen image goes past the right
margin. This is after adjusting the max using the monitor's
horizontal adjustment. The monitor is a 17" Viewsonic VA702b. The
monitor works fine displaying text while Knoppix is booting. Any
ideas of how to get the image centered? Thanks.
