I chipped away the ice from the bottom of my hanger door this morning. Took me about 3 hours with a manual ice spade. Good workout on the arms. For the first time since December 19 my ?Deer Slayer? KR saw the open skies. After a preflight inspection she came to life after a little coaxing and away we went. We bored holes all through the sky looking at the horizon in every direction. Only a few high cirrus clouds around. Beautiful smooth air made for a really enjoyable flight followed by a baby butt smooth landing. Look out Florida we are coming your way!!!
