Actually PayPal does charge the recipient for their service. 3% if I
remember correctly. I use PayPal frequently with eBay and have had three
transactions today on PayPal where I received payment. I was charged on each
payment to me. And just for the records....I have sent in my $20 to support
the KRNet.
