Think about it. Their are only so many sources for KR speciality made parts. We could try to force one out of business. BUT, in the long run employees change jobs and service either improves or gets worse. The fact that you were given open access to the President of the company surprises the hell out of me. Six months from now things most probably won't seem as serious as they do now. How many complaints have you seen in these Krnetter messages. Next time you have a Spruce problem you know you have ready access to the President of the company. A most reassuring fact. You may not have this type of access with somebody else.
