I'm no expert but I suspect that with the longer fuselage, the stock KR2
tail feathers will be big enough like they are.  Jeff Scott has this setup
and could tell you if he has enough rudder and vertical stab, but my guess
is that he does.  If you were starting from scratch, I might say make them
bigger, but I don't think I'd tear up a perfectly good tail to make it a
little bigger.

If you DID want to make it bigger, just add some foam to the ends and sand
to shape using the existing airfoil as a guide, and skin it with one or two
layers of carbon fiber like Troy Petteway did.  That works fine too, and
leaves all existing structure intact...
