To echo this, I taught a co-worker how to do composite work a few weeks ago, 
so he could mock up some composite features for our UAV project.  He used 
standard KR glass and Aeropoxy, with rattle can gray primer.  The latex 
rolled right up and was a real mess.  The shop paint guy used acetone to get 
it off, and the filler came off with it, resulting in a complete 
refinishing.  There may be a way to make it work, but I wouldn't do it...
