Mine did fail on grass. two mistakes one was the 4 inch tire the other was not reinforcing it
make that three mistake no shoulder belt only a lap belt 13 stitches a cross the nose and a altimeter knob in the eye brow . so mine is over kill i did reinforce mine with the brace and filed lit with chop fiber and resin i hit a pot hole the other day no problem . see failure at mark langfords site under Billy mcfarland it shows the nose gear and my nose ouch!!! and wrong tire and rim. tire is long gone im using the same as mark Jones . l land where i want now !!! and love grass strips i live on one .
