Steve and Colin You are both right. No one wants a junkyard next door, thats why there are laws like that but the reasonable man deal would work if we were dealing with reasonable people. My suggestion. Get the ACLU on our side. They are big on going to bat for minorities and scare the crap out minor polititians and annoy everyone. We are definitly a minority !
