Oh stop. Looks nothing like a Vertex, Slick, Case, Fairbanks Morse, etc. Lighter, smaller, and no points. You can have TOTAL falure of one coil/output and only loose one cylinder. Have total falure of an aircraft mag and what do you have?

I think the system I came up with covers the bases pretty well, and has enough reduncancy built in to handle just about any failure (famous last words).
