I had the same problem, but after about 2 weeks, I was finally able to get 
ahold of a nice lady from RR.  Perserverence is the key, I guess.

I would assume they all have real jobs outside of selling a few sets of 
plans a year.  That guy's gotta understand that and keep trying.
