You might want to look at what is there... the KR is not the only set of plans on the CD: are they all in 'the public domain' as the sales pitch says? Probably not. Patents expire in 17 years; copy rights on the death of the author (unless you are Disney or other 'owning' corporate entity... don't all of us engineering types sign "inventors" agreements with the corporations we hire on to?)
