I would be happy to host it at my home field Orangeburg SC. OGB that might be a little far for some, being on the east coast, sort of. But we have plenty of hanger space 2 long perfect runways a great Eaa Chapter building, room for camping ETC. I cook a mean southern pit Bar B Que and wouldn be happy to do one for you.
