I would highly reccommend installing a fuel pressure gauge as I once had a 
ground wire break going to one of my Facet pumps and had I not had the 
pressure gauge I would not have known as fast what the problem was. The 
Ellison will have enough suction to draw the fuel from wing tanks with no 
pumps once the engine is running and you have a pump failue. BUT, it will 
not draw enough fuel to get you more than 2000 rpm.
