Well guys, I got to go out and fly the Cherokee 180 for several hours for the first time today. What can I say, I had a blast! 130-140 knots and flew all over the Salt Lake City valley and down into Utah county (south of SLC). I guess when the newness wears off (if it does), I'll get back on track with the KR2S build. If you've never been to SLC during the winter, the inversion here is TERRIBLE and today was somewhat clear for here, and it was still BAD! Just about need IFR or radar to get around...it really sucks. (At least until you get above it). We cleared the smog at about 7,000 ft and then it wasn't bad. Clear Skies! -Barrett (with a BIG $&!t eating grin)
(send try to send this, still net problems?)
