Take a look at the RV12, which has some sort of certification in the LSA
category. It has NO "steam gauges". I kept my Airspeed as it is the most
critical (in my opinion). I have a IFly720 with a backup battery, a Dynon
D10-A with a backup battery, and an AnyWhere Map Quadra with a battery. So,
I think I am covered.

The reason I don't have a "WET" compass is because they are very in accurate
unless you can get them installed in exactly the right place, and then, I am
not sure. The Dynon remote compass is the most accurate that I have ever
seen.

That is a new one on me. I'd love to see his/her written
justification for this. I've not seen this required on other experimental
aircraft.
