I didn't buy vinyl ester and make my own because that would involve paying $38 for a quart of the stuff and then paying another $10 for shipping to my house. So I wimped out and spent $5 for two balls (a lifetime supply) that are made for the job, red already, and almost certainly not going to dissolve into my main jet.
