You could take the opportunity to ask for an updated set of operating 
limitations. They have become more standardized than they used to be. Here is a

Personally I'd not ask the FSDO for anything more than necessary.  You might get the one inspector that will require you to jump through hoops.  I'd simply tell them you converted the aircraft from a tri-gear to conventional gear and ask them if you are good to go or if you need another Phase I test period.  Keep the request simple and volunteer only what they ask for.  I've seen inspectors require more than required and when pushed on the issue they relented.  Don't complicate the issue with too much information.
