Also, double check the distance from the datum to the scales. Your distance to the tail wheel seems a bit far.  Mine is 10" less than yours and my datum is the forward face of a 5" prop extension and my fuselage is a 24" stretch.  Seems like 38" from my firewall to the forward face of my prop extension is a bit short.  Just double check the distance to the scales.  Most accurate way for main wheel scales is to strike a line between axles and measure down the center line of the aircraft to a plum bob at the firewall + 48".    Same on the wing lead edge,  Plumb bob both sides then strike a chalk line between the two.  To eliminate error make all measurements down the aircraft center line.  Lastly, have someone double check everything you've done before making an rash decisions.
